Ky Group+Overall 3.Head count of Actual.4.Safety talk 5.PPE Check, followed by Equipment Check>Safety Audit…>Review at site / Countermeasuer for concerns identified during safety audit....KY of next day plan and Analysis of Cause for Deviation / Concern and track Weekly Safety Cycle Management:1.Weekly Audit by Mgmt and Previous Week countermeasure and Analysis Tracking and update to mgmt team 2. Mgmt audit and Feedback tracking 3. Overall site - 2S and 4S followups 4.Equipment Tagging / Renewal.5.Weekly report update to Mgmt To educate contractor on the aspect of  Risk identification checking – before the activity start Quality To maintain strict Quality control to avoid reworks as per approved stage wise QAP for Civil Inward material verification – ensure conformance to specification as per TENDER & Approved BOQ .To review and approve the Method Statements , Conduct Quality audit.ScheduleSingle point contact from TKM side for allocated job to ensure scheduled work progress and completion as per the schedule.Execution followup & lead the actvivty allocated with in Time line - as per TKM-PE Schedule. Co - ordination with Vendors/Consulatants to achieive Daily /Weekly/Monthly Milestone as per the schedule.Followup for Handover of the Project with completion of all Punch point as per the target deadline Daily job Ensure Execution through identified agencies (of respective areas), disciplines under quality , time during construction stageHold Daily Site meetings and site walkthroughs, with vendors to ensure and review progress , safety, quality & progress schedule related issuesTo follow and implement method statements & checklists for every activities of execution. Clearing of checklists & permits at Site as earliest without affecting the progress of work To maintain a work report Register  showing all the day to day details of the particular building / area / activity assigned Prepare Snag Lists for all the work packages as per Tender Specification, Make list  & DrawingsTo ensure contractor , conduct periodical/ Regular test of materials/witness and record the same with reference to Up to date IS Guideline.Site Mgmt.Study the Design drawing & Location Requirement and inputs to master schedule – Monitoring & Prepare Catch up planPrepare and Review progress through area wise schedule and look ahead schedules.To co-ordinate with Various Stake holder for smooth flow of Drawings & details in time, Maintain the Drawing Register.Regularly brief the TKM - PE team to ensure no communication gap. Review and develop action plan to resolve pending issues., submitting the DPR- < Daily Progress Report > with Site progress Photo.Site Mgmt.Co-ordinate for consultant for Mock-ups and material approvalIssue Site Instruction < SI >, Request for  information < RFI >  tools for site management after review Supervisor.Suggest at site level improvement < VA / VE >  / techniques to achieve a better Project Deliverable.Coordinate with other package contractor for the smooth coordination of work.Reporting Share updated Site activity Monitoring Sheet (showing actual vs scheduled progress) & Site Images every Saturday < Weekly report >.To review and comment on the schedule of work received from the contractor.HandoverCollection As-built drawings/ documents from vendors / contractors and submission to TKM-PE as stated in Tender Coordinate the preparation of punch lists, indicating the items of work remaining to be accomplished and verify that these items are completed in an expeditious mannerPrepare/Collect / obtain final certificate of completion.
