Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS
