Graphic Designer

Design and develop visual assets for e-learning modules, including icons, infographics, course layouts, and illustrations.  Collaborate with instructional designers to visually interpret learning content and ensure alignment with learning objectives.  Create graphics for interactive content, presentations, PDFs, assessments, and other training materials.  Edit and enhance images, screenshots, and illustrations to support educational content.  Maintain brand consistency across all designs while adapting visuals for different formats and platforms.  Prepare print-ready and web-optimized files as needed.  Follow internal processes and meet project deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.  Actively participate in creative brainstorming and design review sessions.
